My Special Holiday Moment

Learning Goal
We are learning to follow a structure of a recount.

On Saturday I went to the movies with my family.

We went to the movies because we wanted to have fun and watch the new movies that we have not seen in the cinema. After that we were going to buy some food so that we can eat while we watch the movie.

After that we were walking around the mall because our movie started at 1:30pm and we went at 12:00pm. Then we went back to the cinema because our movie was nearly gonna start.

Then we got our tickets and we gave it to the lady that works at the movies. Then we got in and we went inside the door and it was only small people watching the movie because other people was going to watch other movies.

After that the movie finished and we were cleaning up the mess that we made in the movies because every time when we go to the movies we make a mess and we walk around while the movie is still going on.

Later that we went off and we went to the car and got inside and then we drove off. After that we got off the car and we went inside the house and we slept for like 3 or 4 hours.
